We make an effort to support all of the modern browsers and tested on the latest Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge on both Windows and Mac, iPhone and Android. It's not possible for us to test every browser brand, version and operating system combination, and are VERY interested if you find any abnormality when using our application, just contact us through the support form below and give us the browser, version and OS combination with a short description of what you saw and what you expected.
Our application is what is known as a Progressive Web App. It works seamlessly on your phone, tablet, or laptop. Both iPhone and Android phones support these applications using their "Add to Home Screen" feature in Safari or Chrome (and Firefox, but this has not been thoroughly tested).
Chrome:

2. Click on the Chrome menu button (three vertical dots on the very top-right)
3. Click on the Add to Home screen menu item
Safari:

2. Click on the share-icon
3. Click on the Add to Home screen menu item (you might need to scroll down)
An icon with the BlockedApp logo will be placed on your home screen. When launching this way all of the normal browser bling (address bar, etc) is hidden. It is just like the application is installed with all of the benefits of not requiring updates, or elevated security - safe and functional.
Any number of users can be invited to an organization using the "Invite a user" menu link inside the application. Users given "Administrator" level access can manage users, organization settings and teams. Users marked as "Owners" can manage subscription and billing in addition to the other Administrator functions. To open the organization settings, click on the "Edit" button in the sidebar menu next to where you choose the current organization (yes you can join more than one).
Click on the "Status" link in the footer of this page (every page on this website). We will post outages and planned maintenance on that page. You can subscribe to alerts from that page as well if you find knowing our problems before other people is important to you :)
Users who are given "Owner" level access can manage billing and subscription plans by clicking on the "Manage Billing and Subscriptions" link in the organizations setting page. The customer portal allows you to cancel, upgrade plans, change payment card details, and download invoices and receipts from monthly or yearly payments.

You can cancel any subscription from the Customer Portal available to users at the "Owners" level. This stops payment for the next time period (next month or year). We don't offer refunds for partially used periods. If you upgrade, however, you only pay the difference for the unused period of the prior plan.
At the moment - none. We do plan the obvious ones, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc. What we do support now is linking a blocker to ANY URL based link you put there. So, if you have an item in Jira hosted version, you can just copy the URL and open it from within "Blocked." Without making excuses, what we have found is that many blockers and dependency features in the current tools are pretty poor, and struggle to come up with a feature where integration offers any advantage.
