Agile frameworks improve the flow of value to customers, and they often do at the developer level. But complex products often have process steps beyond one team, and sometimes one company (dependencies). "Blocked" shows where flow and predictability break down; See, manage, and solve flow.
Change is hard. Knowing if that change made a difference (good or bad) is harder. Not anymore for blockers and dependencies. Compare the frequency and impact of different blocker sources and types over time. Challenge your teams to solve the most impactful reasons, and celebrate improvement.

As the technology world moves into increasingly remote and dependent workforces, making sure information flows efficiently (both good and bad news) is critically important. "Blocked" will ensure that the significant inhibitors of delivery are not being overlooked. You will know that an organizational urgency scale (created by you with your team) is making sure strategy matches team action—the right work, delivered in the right order, predictably.
Continuous improvement is an important goal. "Blocker" gives you data to target the most impactful root causes of blocked work in an organization, and a way to see if any changes in process or organizational structure improves the outcome. In a short time, you will know what factors are most impactful and eliminate them - now and for good.
