We offer add-ons like data exporting, data backups, custom in-house hosting on request, just contact us and we can discuss making "Blocked" work for you.
How do I pay?
Register an account, and on first log-in you create your organization. The new organization is populated with sample data and when you understand how it works, you slide the "Demo/Training Data" slider to "production." When you are ready to add more teams to the team-selection list, you purchase a monthly or yearly subscription at the level you need. It takes effect immediately (your credit-card" clears. You can change or cancel the subscription plan at any time. Changing plans pro-rates what you have already paid, cancellation takes place at the end of the current paid period (and you can cancel the cancel - meta).
What is Demo/Training Mode
We don't expect you to make a decision blind. To trial using multiple teams, and to train staff on how to use "Blocked" without filling your production database with test and junky data (we worry about data), all organizations have a switch in the side-bar menu to turn on/off "Demo" mode. It allows up to 10 teams to be defined, and we pre-populate your organization with some Blockers to get you started.
How do I invite users
Once you are up and running you invite others to join your organization using the "Invite User" menu option in the side-bar. This gives you an email with an Invite Code. When those users register, they enter this code and become a user in your organization. There isn't a strictly enforced limit on the number of users, and although we say unlimited, we suspect that becomes an issue above 5,000 people or so. It would be weird having 5,000 users in a single team. But, surprise us.
