The blocker in progress chart shows the trend over time of open and resolved Blocker counts. Get an understanding of the number of open blockers to see if it is improving or declining over time.
The open Blockers are color-coded by age groups, orange oldest to blue the youngest. These age groups can be customized to suit your process expectations in the organization settings by an administrator user (some companies like hours, some days, some weeks).
You can filter this chart by team or by tag sets to get a deeper understanding of where the most open and oldest Blockers exist and why.
You can get the details of each week's column by hovering over it with your mouse and reading the popup tooltip.
The tag trend charts show the change of occurrence rate and impact over time for each tag type. Get an understanding of what tags are occurring the most or causing the biggest delay.
The ranking for each period is the order the tags are listed from top to bottom on each side of the list. The slope over periods shows the amount of improvement or decline for that tag type.
You can filter this chart by team and tag sets to get a deeper understanding of what factors give the most concern and opportunity for process improvement.
The team dependencies chart shows a heatmap of what teams are blocked by what teams by blocker count. The deeper the blue, the more often a blocker occurs between the team on the Y-axis against a team on the X-axis.
You can filter this chart by tag sets to get a deeper understanding of what causes the dependency demand between teams (you can filter by team, but it makes little sense).
The blocker flow chart shows the imbalance between blockers opened and blockers resolved over time. An orange column indicated more Blockers opened than resolved, a blue column means more resolved than opened.
You can filter this chart by the team and tag sets to get a deeper understanding of how well Blockers are being resolved for a team or specific type of Blocker.
